Forum Discussion
Hello, @ReignArmy780
We have been listening to the community and acting on their feedback. You can take a look at the patch notes to see where we've noted this. There are still planned updates to address reported issues as well. I don't have any dates to give out on future updates though. They are typically announced the day before they go live.
You're welcome to continue reporting any issues. It's best if they are detailed and with video. Especially when you feel refs are making questionable calls or customization issues. We really need more details and video is usually key to that.
I appreciate your response and the information on the ongoing efforts to address concerns in NHL24. However, it's disheartening to note that the frustration within the community persists, especially with the perceived emphasis on CHEL rather than tackling issues in the Be a Pro (BAP) mode.If those involved in the decision-making process could experience the game firsthand, it might shed light on the severity of the reported bugs and challenges. Many players have shared detailed accounts on platforms like Reddit and YouTube, illustrating their struggles in the story mode. It's concerning that the community feels their concerns are not fully acknowledged. While I understand the challenges of providing specific dates for future updates, more transparency about the planned improvements would go a long way in easing player frustration. This information could help rebuild trust and demonstrate a commitment to addressing the issues raised by the community.
