Why my gamertag keeps changing in chel?

You are not aware of this? This occurs in HUt too for me even when I play moments. In WoC it happens often.

I see the occasional report of this. It has always cleared up on its own. How frequently is this happening?

I see it everytime I play WoC. Issue occurs maybe after a few games. The gamer tag for me and my teammate changes from lobby to lobby.

I’ve seen different tag for myself a few times in HUT moments.

Hopefully I get video of this tonight.

I’ve been thinking while this appears just an UI glitch, if this is a caching parameter issue on an API what other information about the other username is transferred to me when I see the erroneous gamer tag?

I've reported this to the team. It's being investigated. I don't have any updates at this time though.

I've been seeing this too the last couple of nights I've played club games.  My and my teammate's PSN IDs are all replaced with other people's IDs in game and in the player summary post-game.  No real impact I can see, but I do wonder what would happen if someone used the report player feature.  If my PSN ID shows up randomly on someone with a terribly racist player name and they get reported do I run the risk of being banned?

I don't think so since accounts are reviewed for the offensive content. So, they would see your current name instead of the one being reported. If you do get actioned for someone else's name, let me know and I'll get it looked into.
