Why won`t my be a pro load?
My Be a Pro has said "Failed to retrieve data: please try again later" for days. How can I access it again?

I've never heard of that happening. Can you get a video of this? Please publish it through your console or put it up on YouTube and respond with a link

Are you saying the Be a Pro mode disappeared from both NHL 23 and 24?
How come it did this to both nhl 23 and 24? What is causing it? And now I just don't have that mode?

It sounds like your save is corrupt. In that case, there isn't anything we can do about that, unfortunately.
The weird thing is that it is fine on another account I have but I would prefer to use this one.

I'm so sorry for not seeing your response sooner. Are you still having trouble with this?
No problem. It shows me the error code as soon as I click on the Be a pro button. I never even see various careers.

Apologies for the late response. Are you able to start a new career or is that also generating this error?
