I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
I unplugged the PS5 and reset my internet by unplugging. No change. Here's a pic:
Are you on PS4 or PS5? I'm about to head out for the weekend and won't return until Tuesday. I'll have to look into this at that time.

Try deleting the personal saved data for NHL 24. It's possible you could lose any offline saves and changes to settings. Normally, those will download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee that will happen. Go to Settings/Storage/System. Locate NHL 24 and delete the saved data. Then, try again. I'm not optimistic this will take care of it though. We'll have to look into it more next week if the store doesn't return.
The answer about unplugging the router is looking like an average cheapest local internet provider support, who can't do nothing except it
The same issue as TS on two fresh new accounts on both ps4 and ps5, EU if it does matter
The store was back to normal yesterday with the exception of IIHF content. That block at the bottom of IIHF/helmets has been absent for a few weeks and hasn't returned. The rest went back to normal
I'll pass this on to the team and get back to you when I have some news.
