I register for the tournaments available World Championship and I haven't receive my collectible to join the tournament. I have look on my account everything seems perfect so I dont understand what I can do more to be available to play ... I am on PS5 , did somebody had the same problem ?

You'll have to reach out to the company hosting the tourney. Rivals is the new host but they're the ones that you have to contact.
I tried to register but my Xbox tag has a space in it and the registration page didn't allow space in gamer tags so I didn't expect to get mine and Rivals wouldn't help me.

yeah i didn't get mine either, there has been so many problems with the game this year that they refuse to acknowldege.
This isn't EA's tournament.
It is run by Rivals and you'll need to contact them for assistance.
I have heard some streamers say theirs was sent to their old gen console which is extremely odd since it is supposed to be a current gen only tourney.
