X-Factor Collectible cards moments

Once you’ve completed all the X-Factor moments and the IIHF moments and use it to get an X-factor HUT moments reward set, there’s a cooldown period. So clearly there’s more sets to make. How to you earn cards for that again? You need 38 for the set but I can’t find where to earn those cards anywhere. My cool down is about a couple days left
