Xbox Quick Resume Issue

Hello, everyone. We're currently investigating an issue with Xbox Series S/X where turning off your console while in an offline, Play Now game does not resume as it should when the console is turned back on. If this is happening to you, please send perform the following:

• Use the Report a Problem flow with Microsoft
• Send me a private message with your gamertag, day and time of when this occurred. 
• Details on what you were doing before turning off your console
