Alt Accounts and Moving Down Divs.

The state of the game for a casual player is pretty brutal these days if I'm not going to lie. I play about 20-25hrs a week and usually a div4 or 3 player at my best. Now that the XP path has been completed "weeks ago" by some people who play this game like a job, they've been relegating on purpose to complete the 30wins objective for rivals against easier opponents. Or creating alt accounts and running bare bones teams and playing against players like me, "for fun" when their main team is div 1 or 2. 

For someone like me, this is ruining the experience of the game. When trying to complete the XP path, I'm now running into players much better than I am who are messing around in lower divs for either of the above reasons. It's likely that I won't get enough wins in order to complete the XP path now, and putting in much more time is the alternative, but shouldnt be the answer. 

Basically the current state oft he game is making me either A) want to stop playing online all together, or B) simply just give up for the year and hope next years system is actually viable for someone who can only play 20-25hrs a week. That should be more than enough to keep up with progression.
