BND Zetterburg card not showing up in collection

The BND Zetterburg doesn't show up in my collection. I saw it pop up once, but then it was gone again. I've also noticed this bug with Icon cards when you get them from packs made in the sets. This is an incredibly vexing and annoying bug.
