Club Bags

My club went 16-0 in the Pro Cup. The hockey bags that I was supposed to receive aren’t in my rewards and I don’t know where else to look. I’m pretty sure i’m also supposed to be able to put a patch on our jersey and can’t seem to figure that out either. Please help EA

    Same here with the bags. It said we got a bag, but it’s nowhere to be found.
