Drop ins

Were you getting matched up, but everyone dropped out or the game didn't start? Also, if you're in North America, this isn't exactly peak hours so the population is going to be lower than in the evening.

Depending on game mode, where you’re located and what time it was it can be difficult. 

Pretty sure you can also up your maximum ping and/or change search location in club settings to reach out to players further away if you didn’t already.

I tend to find matches pretty quick in hut but in CHEL after the later hours of the night Chel seems to be pretty dead and it takes us a while to find matches. There’s been times it took us 45 minutes until we just gave up and that was a Friday night.
