EA dynasty draft not realistic

The 2026 draft prediction on NHL.com has 21 Americans going in first 2 rounds this year which has been pretty normal draft year. Usually Canada has the most but Americans now are a close second. Why when you play dynasty in NHL literally each year there is like 2 or 3 American players in first round and maybe 3 or 4 in 2nd and the game eventually has more players from Switzerland or Germany go in first round as dynasty progressives. It’s not very realistic so why is this?
