Last night I was playing a game. My players were super slow, couldn't pass or shoot properly. The 3rd period starts, faceoff sync glitch happens then all of a sudden the game is smooth and I win. As you can see I take the lead as soon as the faceoff sync glitch happens. 🤷♂️
I end up winning and my opponent seemed to be having the issue I was having with their players being super slow and not performing.
Isn't this the feature that is supposed to prevent the disconnect due desync.
Community ManagerHow often is this happening? It can occur when the game can't sync up due to connection issues. We're not aware of anything currently that is causing this that shouldn't be.

Had another one. I am playing on Xbox Series X. Only seems to happen when I play against Playstation players.
Community ManagerYour video is set to private. As far as this issue goes, we'll keep an eye out for other reports. As I said, it can happen when there's an issue with the connection. If it's only happening against PS players, I recommend turning off crossplay for now.

Here's another one. Again I am winning the game. I am again playing against a Playstation player. The game dsyncs at the faceoff and the game loses connection. I would have been 8-1-1 in champs. 🤦♂️🤦♂️
