Feature Still Needed In NHL Feel Free To Add to the List

I know its been years that we have asked for certain features and still we don't have them. I do have to say some things did get added into this edition, which was huge (PWHL, finally fixed sliders not saving, actual coaches, to name a few). Yet there are many things commonly asked for but still not in. 

Missing prospect/leagues, NCAA, KHL, USHL, BCHL, which I know are all agreements that would need to be in place, but its way past due for these leagues to finally be included and agreements put in place to allow for them. 

LTIR needs to be brought in desperately, along with players who are currently in LTIR and will not be out of it ever, to be placed as such on teams. 

Ability to adjust player ages and other descriptions. At the end of the year, I want to be able to increase their age by a year, that way it will accurately reflects the next season. 

Ability to choose a start date for season start. After draft, following year, or what month. 

Have better starting scouts and scouts that actually start in the region best suited for them, instead of in regions that make no sense. Every time I start, I end up firing at least 50% of the scouts as they are terrible in every region. 

Created Team Players should be removed from other teams when you select the created team as your team being used, to prevent player double up. Currently I have to hide the players, which is annoying. Also the ability to create an AHL affiliate team immediately when creating the team. Then have the created team available in player movement screen, that way we can move prospects around and make "trades" with other teams ahead of time if choosing to start in new league, allowing prospects to be on your created team already and placed into CHL teams. 

Feel free to add to this list, but these are some top of mind things that we have all asked for repeatedly every year.
