I do believe there is a timer on how long someone can sit in the post game menu, so they can’t “sit there as long as they want.” It’s still a few minutes long, so not a short timer, but at least if all the other club members leave the dressing room they’ll be kicked out when it eventually returns them to the main menu. I do agree though that the club dressing room host/leader should be able to kick out random drop-ins while they’re still in the dressing room.
As far as being able to kick people mid-game. I agree with EA_Aljo and also believe it would be abused, so I’m glad that’s not a thing. Sometimes people get too angry very quickly after a simple mistake and turn on you, but I’ve also been in many games where we still rally and win if the team sticks with it and doesn’t pout after mistakes. If anything, I wouldn’t mind a system, in addition to the auto-kick for poor team play, that maybe senses when a player is doing certain unfavorable things that could be them trolling, and then prompting the team to vote to kick them after that point. Like pulling the goalie X amount of times in a given period of time, etc. There are certain things like that the auto-kick doesn’t pick up on, so they can continue doing them as much as they want.
For matchmaking, I understand the whole “player pool size” argument for the settings, but at the very least I wish there was still a “no human goalies” option in drop-ins. I will always 100% of the time back out of a lobby if only one team has a human goalie. That’s almost always a guaranteed loss if you’re on that team. It should be both teams have one, with the game ending if one quits (as it is now), or neither team has one.

I definitely agree we need better tools for handling trolls. I know there's interest in this by the team as well so hopefully it happens.
I hear ya on human goalies in drop-ins. It's no fun when one team has one and the other doesn't. Even if it's my team with an AI goalie. Still though, these are drop-in games. If a human goalie is not trolling and they're just having trouble due to either poor D in front of them or they're a newer player and still learning the game, I wouldn't want to see them getting kicked. Drop-ins are where you learn how to play with other humans. Not allowing them or making it more difficult for them to find games is just going to cause further frustration. Today's noob may be tomorrow's pro so frustrating them to the point of quitting and never playing again is something we want to avoid as much as possible.
