The assistants do impact the team special teams wise. The Associate affects the PP and Assistant affects PK
In what way? Where is the indicator for that? Plus once you hire them you can no longer see what their own strategy preferences are.
If you've ever played MLB the show Assistant coaches have clear indicators of what aspects of the team they impact. IE 1st Base Coach : Speed +1 | Power -2 | Stealing +3 etc...
The only indicator of anything for assistant coaches we get are simply what their grades are for their own overalls. IE Assistant Coach overall B | Off = B | Def = C | PK = B+ | PP = D etc...there is no indicator that shows the relationship between the other coaches and the results during the course of the season. If all they're doing is giving boosts to attributes then indicate it! Show that somewhere.
