Question

Franchise took a step in the right direction, but what happened to "If it's in the game, it's in the game?".&nbsp; Bring back outdoor in-season games and all-star related events (I'd settle for just the voting and selection results for their career records).

Also, is there the ability to change custom franchise playoff structure between seasons? Can't change it during season, was wondering if it's possible in off-season.
