Generated Players Picture/Avatar ?

That’s a legitimate question—please pardon me if it has already been answered. But why aren’t there pictures generated for players who don’t have profile pictures, instead of the gray avatars? Am I the only one who thinks it would be nice to have this type of feature? Or perhaps it’s challenging to implement? Alternatively, could it be that players prioritize other aspects of the game over this?
