Head Coaches need Patched
Any to patch the head coaches into a franchise that is already 1/2 way through a season? Hate to start over because of a coach.

Is there any way to get the coach ratings a bit more realistic? Every single one has an overall of A- or higher, we all know there are alot of coaches out there that are not anywhere near as good as A-. The lowest grade for ANY coach big attribute is a B. How is that real?
Can we have option somewhere in franchise hub to view coach cards for all the coaches. Currently you are only able to look at your teams coach card.
