Hut - Moments vs Sets

Hi there,
Just a question regarding Moments and Sets.

I've comeback after a couple of weeks to nhl hut.
I see a lot of Moments that I can do, like the galery of greats for example.

But when I go to sets... nothing. What is the point of letting the moments available if there is no set to put them ?

Just want to make sure that is something I don't get !
