HUT games disconnecting

Hi there. We'll go through some troubleshooting. First, are you on a wired or wireless connection? Also, which console are you playing on? Thanks!

I just think since the last update a lot of peoples are lagging playing online in HUT!! Worst then ever!!!!

What is there to troubleshoot? No other game i play on my PS5 lags or kicks me off the game serves, only NHL25. I play on wired connection that is very strong. 

I wanted to go through troubleshooting because we're not aware of any issues and we're not getting a lot reports of this. If there were an issue on our end, we'd be hearing more about it. Every game is different. I fully understand the idea that if every other game works, it's a problem on our end. However, every game has it's own servers and your ISP is routing you to them. It's possible somewhere there is an issue causing the disconnects. If you're getting the disconnect message, something is interrupting your connection. You could try switching to a mobile hotspot as a test. That connection is obviously going to be poor, but if you don't disconnect, the issue is with your ISP or network equipment.

When are you going to fix the lagging problem during the online game play????

yeah ofcourse it’s never EA’s problem lmao, every year these games continue to get worse 

Seeing as how we receive very few of these reports, and we're not currently experiencing any issues with the servers, we'll need to go through troubleshooting to rule out any issues on your end.

Now a friend of mine just got kicked off the servers during his HUT champs game, & he lives in a totally different area than me. It’s not about troubleshooting, it’s about fixing your guy’s garbage game. This is an EA Sports issue & not a connection issue.
