I can't join the early access for EA SPORTS FC™ 25 Xbox Series X|S

 I bought FC 25 in advance and I'm an EA subscriber still I can't play the trial hours of the game. I've already uninstalled the game about 5 times and reinstalled it and nothing appears the same message saying that it's over without me playing if you want. The following message appears that my evaluation is over without me playing for a second. The same message appears: your trial has expired
