Kicked for poor team play.

Question

We’ve lost 6 or 7 games this season due to our goalie being kicked for poor team play. Its absolutely brutal. Either its the goalie trying to get to the bench for the extra attacker or it is nothing at all. Had a 20 save shutout going and halfway into the third booted. System needs to change because this is unbearable.

Hi there. Can you get a video of this? Just put it up somewhere it can be streamed and respond with a link. They should only be getting kicked if their teamplay grade drops to an F from leaving the crease too frequently.
