Missing points from season 3 xp path HUT

I was told from ea help to write here about bug in my game. I finished xp path week 1 and 3 objectives and when i claimed thease last rewards 7000 and 10000 from both weeks i didnt get any points to ...

We cannot grant points/items etc. to player accounts here on EA Forums.

You should continue to try to get a resolution via EA Advisors.
