In order to get this out as quickly as possible, we needed to release what is essentially an emergency patch targeted at the critical issues introduced with the 1.3.0 patch. We don't have any updates on anything not mentioned in the 1.3.1 patch notes.

”Emergency patch”?!?
Why this newest error thing in matchmaking is not emergency? Instead players creating new accounts because of this problem.
In my eyes whole matchmaking is emergency:

I am amazed that even this is not emergency. Instead icon passing which is missing graphics but its working? is emergency. In my eyes this should be opposite. Icon passing graphichs could wait and matchmaking error should be fixed immediately because it affects to playing this game on a large scale.

Well maybe you should get an ETA. It's **bleep** ridiculous to begin with. The fact the game will be 6 months old by the time the fix comes is even more ridiculous.
There is no emergency. They mislead consumers and pocketed the money. They will make changes for 26 and wonder where the community went when the sales flop even worse. It was a deliberate attempt to pickpocket consumers, plain and simple, otherwise a fix would have been implemented.

A few issues regarding franchise mode:
I pretty much only play franchise mode, so seeing these new issues arise as the year goes on is becoming frustrating.
