NHL 25 feedback

As a longtime customer I'm pretty disappointed in NHL 25 HUT, specifically regarding content, the gameplay is good as is the graphics/artwork side of the game, but some aspects of the game in HUT are really ruining the experience.

I just got done woth another 30 game squad battle run and the best card i got was an 85. In April. If you are trying to lose more customers then this is a great way to do it. If not, you should improve rewards drastically and think about making some changes to the HUT team for the next game.

Content overall is sparse and its stupidly difficult to even access most of it. Low rewards and high cost to make cards is one barrier. Limited ways to make cards is another as most of the cards we earn are virtually valueless due to the minimal options to make cards. Many cards cannot even be made, you have to get them in drops and with the low drop rates, and lousy market due to the afforementioned issues and declining playerbase is another barrier. Then on top of that most of the packs you offer for purchase are absolute garbage for the price.

This is atrocious management of a very fun game that has much higher potential than what it is currently achieving. A few changes in leadership on your HUT team could make huge improvements to this game and your bottom line. Get somene in there that plays the game, leverage the social media people that cover your game and communicate better with your customers.
