NHL 25 How to Contact Support (Oct 11th)

Hey NHL Community, 

If you are currently trying to contact our support for assistance with your Accounts, Missing items, or anything else please be aware we are running into some issues that means, EA Help isn’t working right.

In order to contact our support, please select the "NHL 24" game option when creating your case. 

This will ensure you can get to someone from our support team. 

If you are having issues creating a case, here are a few examples you can use when selecting your case options. 

Looking for something you bought?

  3. Select the "See all help topics"
  4. Select the option I'm looking for something I bought
  5. You should be able to choose from Chat or Email (options can vary

    Followed your instructions for "Looking for something you earned?", but support doesn't seem to have the tools to resolve.

  • is this fixed? and why cant we talk to support directly anymore and have to wait for days and get zero updates on our cases when its preventing us to play the game.

        Hey Aljo My account got banned 15 days plus 28 no access to auction house and reset my coins because i put up a card for trade at max price and someone bought it instead offering a trade and i received a message that it was coin distribution. I did a case appeal but all it says is that's in progress and there's no way to talk to an actual person which is a little confusing. i did some digging on the site and says that when you appeal a ban it goes to a team and its a minimum of 10 days + and i will get a no reply email with the decision.  This is a little crazy to me how can a decision be made without a discussion or at least a chance to explain what occurred. While i did a short explanation of the situation the case, its locked and i cant add more info or specifics. Ive been playing HUT every year since it exist and i have never had a suspension or infraction of any kind. Anyways sorry for the rant its a  little frustration that i have invested a lot of time and effort in my team via grinding since launch and i just have to sit here and wait without being able to talk to a human being.
