Still not a single word about the matchmaking problems and not being able to match room size?
Like for real. Such an easy problem for them to fix and make the game more enjoyable for the people who don’t have a full team
Community ManagerIf it were as easy as being assumed, it would have been done. Unfortunately, that's just not the case.
It's hard to blame people for jumping to these conclusions. Matching room size was a feature that worked for years and was unceremoniously removed for NHL 25. All attempts by the community to get an explanation as to why it was removed has been met with complete silence by EA. We still don't even know if its removal was a design decision or due to some bug that needs addressing.
The refusal to give a clear explanation as to why this feature was removed is mystifying to me and does nothing to prevent wild speculation by the user base.
