NHL 25 Patch Notes 1.1.1

Patch 1.1.1 for EA SPORTS NHL 25 goes live on October 15th at 1 pm ET. Please make sure to complete all online-enabled games ahead of the scheduled go-live time as there is an expected downtime of up to one hour following the deployment of the patch.

Here are the details for Patch 1.1.1

Game Modes

Fixed an issue where a rare crash could occur when advancing from the Main Menu to create player.

Online

Fixes to the EASHL End of Game flow

Fixed “Quit Game” pop up immediately being surfaced to users
Fixed an issue that the Player Summary was not populating with the Game Stats
Fixed an issue that the Instant replay being a black screen once a game has ended

Fixed an issue in World of CHEL that First Time matchups were mentioning previous game vs. current opponent in game boost descriptions

Fixed an issue while testing loadouts in free skate would cause a crash

Fixed an issue where previewing certain items in World of CHEL would cause a crash

Fixed an issue that a user could crash while creating/editing club strategies in World of CHEL

Hockey Ultimate Team

Fixed an issue that would cause a desync when 4 on 4 gameplay would happen in Cross-Platform games.

EASHL Matchmaking

On Friday afternoon we rolled out 2 server-side changes to help improve two specific issues being encountered by the community in World of Chel.

Improved Private Game matchmaking so teams matchup with their opponents.
Improved EASHL Club 3v3 and Club 6v6 Match Goalie functionality.

  The way they rollout updates it's either a few fixes bi-weekly or dealing with issues for a month till some get patched. Then dealing w/ fallout of said patch till another patch comes out 5 weeks later to address it.
  
  Knowing they are only capable of these two options, it's better to address it sooner rather than never

How about the goalies making a save on a routine slap shot from the point.. how about the glitch goal wrist shot from below the goal line in the corners.. how about putting some defense back in the game... how about that

I appreciate the update and all the work EA_Aljo but we really need exact match back!! I’m really enjoying this years game but being forced into a 2 vs 3 in threes or a 5 vs 3 in sixes is frustrating.

So how about fixing sliders/ not saving in both main menu and franchise, or do offline gamers not count for anything. I paid £62 for a game that is incomplete, I think this should have been sorted in an early patch. Definitely the last time I buy a game from. EA., I will also refer them to uk Trading standards.

Thats now over a year since this was first reported. If they are having issues with the fix can we not just be given our teams arena (which will fix it)?

Everyone watch how much worse the game gets. They charge everyone $100 for a game that is nothing more than a small update. Same glitch’s and issues for the last 2-3 years which proves it’s the exact same game with minor updates.EA_Aljo Add some new content, allow for more customization options with Logos etc. look at other games even NBA 2k has 1000000x more content and customization. Also the servers are the same servers as always and they the crash way too often. Half of my losses in clubs are because of the servers crashing. Put just a little more effort into the game if you are going to charge $100. Or even the $70 for the standard. It has a lot of potential.

Nice no fixes to the absolutely horrendous defensive AI. Thank god my trial ran out. "Revamped AI" What a joke.
