Non Goal Call?

After playing a ton of games in franchise mode; this has to be the weirdest non goal call.

It's clearly in the net, you can see white on both sides of the puck, no one including the goalie goes for the puck and after 15 seconds or so the play is blown dead and the announcers state the refs lost sight of the puck. 

It's a goal against my team, so the AI completely robbed itself.
