I had to turn up passing assist because my team is never at 100% but other teams are, i dont think the passing assist does anything at all, that needs to be adjust, if its at 100 all passes should be...

Not sure if you are referring to the Passing Assist slider in the gameplay slider settings or the one in your personal controller settings.
