Hello! I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

My equipment isn't the issue because my center was asking if that happened to anyone else, and our entire team had it happen to them...

It would still be good to do this as we can't rule out that just one person crashing caused this to happen for everyone.
When you say you lost it, do you mean you lost the faceoff or the game disconnected and you lost?

Our center lost the faceoff, the puck was already behind their net when they won it back to the D.

Thanks for that. I'll pass it on to the team.

Happened to us too. Has nothing to do with our connections. I’m sure it’s happening all over

New Gen, new game, same old problems

I'm so glad I've been saving my money and skipping these iterations. If EA can't fix past issues that are considered a catastrophic bug, I've got no interest in anything "new" they put out.

This is common once a game. It will show a replay, then the puck has already dropped and the other team has won the faceoff. We also had a situation where we called a timeout , and the timeout didn’t take place for the other team who scored a goal. Small things is all, great game overall.

But you can't help but keep up on the low down in the forums?
