Yesterday we played 2 players who didnt even play the game, and lost to them. They hit sticked our goalie on a goal. The guy was not even trying to do anything other than hit our goalie. Goal counted.
Today, our whole club reset. Our jersey's got reset, logo got reset and all our club is completely wrong?
What is going on this season? I can attach the goalie interference to.
Community ManagerHi there. If you have video of the interference, can you put up somewhere it can be streamed? So far, I haven't gone up against anyone doing this and I haven't seen other reports so it's possible that it's a pretty rare occurrence. Regardless, reducing griefing and trolling is something I'd really like to see us focus on more.
As far as the reset goes, another community member says this worked for them. As the club leader, go to your loadouts. Then, select an alternate louadout and go into free skate. You can then exit free skate and switch back to your primary loadout. Quit from that screen and see if everything returned.

There's been a brain-dead thing for probably years now where, if you change captains or alternate captains, the club customization basically resets. It's phenomenally brain-dead. Though if it's something else, then never mind.
