ACCT BND players using collectibles can give you the same player. No Disclaimer!

So I just went for the 90 overall Account Bound player in the 4 nations face off event. I did it the first time and I got a 90 overall Erickson Ek. Without a disclaimer on that pack I got the exact same player when I completed it a second time. I asked EA help to refund me 30 collectibles or give me a new 90 overall player. But instead I got put in a chat with an employee that told me for 30 minutes to an hour that said I couldn’t get the collectibles refunded or a new player because that was a pack luck. I understand if I payed for a pack but I grinded 60 collectibles out to get 2 90 overall players and I can’t even use 1 as it is the same player. So for future earnings to anyone out there don’t do it more than once because you’re screwed. I did the same thing for gallery of the greats and 2000s events. I did not have the same issue so I was extremely surprised when this happened. Stay aware complete scam and I am extremely frustrated I can’t get a refund with no disclaimer on the pack. EA if you see this please fix this issue or put a disclaimer on the Account Bound packs that you can receive the same player! I can’t even give it to a friend, sell the card for coins, exchange it or auction it. What a waste of time and collectibles, very sad EA did me like that.
