Community ManagerAnd the ping which you refer too. Is determined by your service provider, the area you are in and the overall load on the signal. Why people in different areas and service providers experience differences. Unfortunately. EA has not come up with a solution yet, to equalise.
That's not on us to resolve. We have no control over an ISPs equipment, routing, etc.

Community ManagerWe do not have any control whatsoever over ISPs. It's not up to us to make sure everyone's ISP is providing a perfect connection. We can only control our servers. Not the quality of the connection to them. That is provided by your ISP.
So thank you for the info but the money to take for the game but not to inform it is no longer ok on your side. This fall no game from EA is not worth it for me to buy it, funny when you needed IP on the server not you do not give it when I need to solve. to make you karma.
