No news from my previous post so I would like to know if these cards will be stucked at 83 forever. Thanks!

What do you mean? It was stated by a game changer 4 months ago that the base PUIs won't be upgradeable past 83 overall. And they also have the symbol (a white checkmark in a blue square) that indicates that they won't be getting new upgrade tiers in the future. And it would also make no sense that they are still stuck at 83 after 4 months if they were going to be upgradeable to a higher overall at some point. And if they were going to be upgradeable to a higher overall at some point, then we should have been informed about that right away at the start of the game cycle. It shouldn't be a secret that can't be communicated to us until it actually happens.
Have to remember vsn. This is EA we are talking about. Nothing makes sense. Hell. They can't even fix the multi load feature, that has always worked in past versions. But this year. Its a major problem. Combine that with various other failed elements of the game that have neither been adjusted or addressed. Cant blame the monitors on this forum. Its problem lies with the designers and producers. Who seem not to care. Why we are never given proper notations regarding events or cards.
