Boston Bruins Objectives broken.

Scored 4 goals with Chara and had multiple hits, none registered towards the objectives.

No, these objectives work without any problems

Only players from the NHL Boston Bruins Collection count ... Chara is in the Alumni/Icon Collection

Thats funny, because when you get some pack that quaranteed 3 NHL player there is atleast 2 of those alumni/icon card?! But then those alumni/icon doesnt count as NHL player at objectives?!

Yeah it was like that for a while, but EA has actually changed the pack descriptions so that they say NHL players or NHL alumni players. I guess that was their response to the feedback about alumni players counting as NHL players in packs but not in objectives.

  • EA_Aljo can you confirm if this is the case. The description for the objectives says ANY Boston Bruins player item.

Yes, and that means active players. An alumni team and an actual NHL team are two different teams in HUT.

If alumni players were eligible for those objectives, then it would say ”any Boston Bruins or Boston Bruins Alumni player item” or something like that. If alumni isn’t mentioned, then alumni players don’t count.

And if you look at the banner that showcases those objectives, you can see that it says ”complete objectives with active NHL players”.

  • This might top my list of complaints with NHL25.

The game NHL25 seems to be trying to copy allows for Alumni/Legends to count for the team objectives they are representing in game.
