Bought NHL 25 Deluxe and didn’t get my guaranteed rewards…

So I purchased NHL 25 and got early access. However, I opened HUT and to my surprise I didn’t get any of the players, packs, and points which were promised. I am extremely disappointed, as I was extremely excited to get a boost which I payed extra for, and to open the cover athletes pack to get my Matthews which is my favorite player and its also the sickest player card art I’ve ever seen. Still hopeful EA can do something about it and get me the rewards I payed for…

    Hey, Did you end up getting any of your rewards? I haven’t gotten any yet. I messed up and pre-ordered the game on my alt account thinking it wouldn’t matter but now im thinking that i’ll only get the rewards on the account it was bought under

      That is correct. The pre-order rewards are only received on the account the game was ordered on.
