Cheaters in NHL 100% convinced

How do we find information on user names in rivals to report cheaters, in game I was up 3-0 my player glitched, my L trigger for speed boost on Xbox was cut off from using. This is not the first time...

Hi there. There's no way for someone else to prevent your left trigger from being used. It's possible this is related to your controller. Can you try a different one? Also, make sure the firmware is up to date.
