Didn’t receive Hughes brothers choice pack.
Hello I pre ordered the deluxe edition and I received everything except the Hughes brothers pack on hockey ultimate team. Please help. Gamertag on PlayStation is CarterBanks97.

you had to preorder the deluxe edition BEFORE september 13 in order to receive that pack.

You'll need to contact an advisor so they can verify when you purchased. Also, there was a 99 OVR Hughes pack received in NHL 24 so make sure you're clear on which pack you're missing. Cases can be opened by following the instructions here.
lol they only advertise the preorder by 9/13 to get the 99 overall in the terms and conditions without any indication that there could be a time sensitive restriction on any other advertising. I enjoy playing these games but that’s dirtyEA_Aljo very much bait and switch
