This game goes from one extreme to another last week people would quit with the Gane tied and I would lose points but my goalie would show a win ,this week guys quit before puck drop and it's like ...
Just keep it in mind if it happens again. I'll keep an eye out for it myself. We need to see a video of it happening in order to reproduce it.
Had a couple people quit prior to puck drop over the last few days now and have not run into that problem. I’m wondering if maybe it was some kind of connection/lag issue on my end now as my connection spikes constantly. I will report back if it happens again. Appreciate everyone’s help and the speedy EA reply. My approval for EA certainly went up a lot with such a quick forum reply/assist
I appreciate the feedback. Will definitely be checking that out. After a game when checking the connection option from the menu mine looks like a traffic light with the constant green to yellow to red every 30 second interval. Is there a way to view that graph on a full game? Only seem to be able to see the last few minutes which isn’t entirely helpful on a console

That sounds like a connection issue. Are you playing over a wired or wireless connection?
Playing wireless connection with the router in the same room. Going to see if connecting the routers cable directly into the ps5 makes a difference next time I play. Can we track an entire games connection speed somehow or is it only the last couple minutes at the end of the game we can see?
You can check the network connection anytime during a game. It's in the pause menu.
When you switch to a wire, make sure you power cycle your modem/router and console.
Appreciate the advice. Will give that a try today. Just waiting on an Amazon delivery of a far better Ethernet cable later today.
