EA did not return my coins
I was bidding on 3 items and I think I lost all 3 because the first 2 sold above my coin balance and the third lost because it said "I did not have enough coins" although I had plenty in my balance....

EA_Aljo Hey EA_Aljo, I contacted the EA Help and he said that the manager would get back to me through an update through the forum. He marked down the issue and reported it to higher ups (dev team I guess) and said the EA manager would update me through here. Thanks.

I know they sometimes say that and it's unfortunate. We don't have the ability to investigate accounts here. The best I can advise is to bring it up again with an advisor.
