This should be resolved. Go to the For You tab in the store to get the pack.

I don't have it on the for you page, I didn't get it at all even though I redeemed its game pass 

Got the same problem , redeem the code and nothing happened .

Did you look under the For You tab in the store? If it's not there, make sure you completely exit out of NHL 25. Also, it would be good to remove it from Quick Resume if you see it there.

Its not under the tab in the store , when i start NHL25 i fully close the game and then restart the game.
