Exclusive player items

Thanks, but how is it possible that you don't have an answer to any of my 3 questions? I mean I understand if you don't have an answer to the first question, but there should definitely be information on which packs have a chance of the exclusive player and which packs don't. I hope "I'll pass on your feedback" means that you will actually ask the team my questions and come back here with answers to at least some of the questions.

    The current exclusive player (Ray Bourque) is possible to be pulled in every Double Shift pack. As far as being tradeable or untradeable, that should be noted with the pack.

    He is only available in the store packs.

        The first question was a design decision. I'm not able to go into more details on it. However, we're monitoring this and will take the feedback into future considerations.
