Community ManagerThe current exclusive player (Ray Bourque) is possible to be pulled in every Double Shift pack. As far as being tradeable or untradeable, that should be noted with the pack.
He is only available in the store packs.

The first question was a design decision. I'm not able to go into more details on it. However, we're monitoring this and will take the feedback into future considerations.
Yeah I understand that, and I'm happy that you were able to answer the second and third question as I think those questions were more important than the first one.
