Expired objectives

EA_Aljo&nbsp;I complained about being unable to claim the rewards from an expired objective at the late stages of NHL 24, and now I see that nothing has been done for that issue as it happened to me again with the Ready Set Go objectives. And I just saw on reddit that I'm not the only one with this problem.Anyway, I completed the Ready Set Go objectives and earned an X-Factor choice pack and other rewards, and it is unacceptable that there is no way to claim those rewards now that the objectives have expired. Please forward the feedback to the team and tell them to do something about it. And please tell me what I should do to get the X-Factor choice pack and the other rewards that I earned by completing those objectives. There should be a way to verify that I completed those objectives and give me the rewards that I earned.And my were the TOTW objectives removed? They were scheduled to expire tomorrow, not today. Please tell the team to fix this mistake.One more thing: the Gamebreakers sets should be more specific about which cards are available by completing them. For example, do the current sets only give us cards from today's release or do they also include cards from previous releases? And why on earth is the BND pack not a choice pack? I mean it should never be possible to get a duplicate BND card.

Thanks for that. There now several people on reddit who didn't get their rewards for the weekly competitive objectives as those objectives were refreshed too early and the previous week's rewards are now unclaimable. This has to be fixed and there has to be a way to claim objective rewards even if the objective has expired.

Is there really nothing that I can do right now to get the X-Factor choice pack and the other rewards that I earned by completing the Ready Set Go objectives? Do I just need to wait for it to be fixed? Is there no way to verify that I have completed those objectives and give me the rewards that I earned? And if not, what is the reason for that?

Can you answer my questions? And is the team aware of what happened to several people with the weekly competitive objectives yesterday?

And by the way, what is the point of the "check for more rewards" button in the store tab? I tried it in hopes that it would find my rewards for the expired objectives, but it just showed me the time until the next daily reward pack, which I can also see at the top of the screen. What rewards is it supposed to be able to find?

Yeah it has to be fixed. And it's not just that the objectives ended too early, but you shouldn't even have needed to rush to claim the rewards for completed objectives as those rewards should still be claimable even if the objectives have expired. The fact that they just disappear when the objective expires is unacceptable.

I hope will get an update on this issue from EA_Aljo next week. I tagged him in your post so that he would see it when he comes back.
