i've attached some examples. Basically, the cpu is programmed in such a way that, it's not realistic versus other modes that we are used to. The A.I. programming, this year, and perhaps last year, are just all over the place. It's, honestly, a game by game issue, no game really feels the same. Not that it should. But a lot of games, be it against the cpu or even in rivals/champs, the cpu AI is just wild. To me, champs is the most authentic version of an online game, but even it seems flawed. Rivals you are constantly dealing with the programming, for or against you. Anyways, here's some vids of the AI on steroids. Not sure if this will help or not, but i'm willing to try and help where i can
We've had similar feedback on the aggressiveness of the AI players. I've sent this over to the team. It's possible they'll be balanced better in the future. However, the programming is never weighted to one side or the other.

there is something going on with the programming in rivals. It's really crystal clear. Not saying it's anything nefarious, or intentional, but it's very evident. Some games you can tell within 30 seconds how the game is going to go, positive or negative. Champs seems to be the most authentic, as i mentioned, but even that i could be wrong.

The AI is very aggressive, but a winner isn't chosen from the start. You're treading into ice tilt territory here and that's against the rules.

If you are seeing more aggressiveness on AI players. The statement ..is never weighted to one side or the other, is in conflict.
