Hello, everyone. If you're still having trouble with this, completely close down NHL 25. Make sure it's not running in the background. Then, turn off your console and unplug it for at least 2 minutes. After that, wait an hour before loading back into NHL 25. This should make sure the cache has been cleared and either let you select the country or will show the banner with the current tier the community has reached. Let me know what happens. Thanks!
