Apologies for taking so long to get back to you. Unfortunately, we can't refund those collectibles. It's intended that they're lost. There is a confirmation button you have to hit to confirm so you know you'll be losing those collectibles. Also, Cancel is selected by default so you have to choose the refund button. So, if you go through both those steps, you're confirming you're ok losing those collectibles.
I understand this isn't ideal since it would be better if that button wasn't there to begin with. I've relayed this feedback to the team.
