Dear EA, my child accidentally deleted the team in the Ultimate Team, now it is very difficult to start from scratch. Can you help me restore the team composition?

Here is a recent post from someone with the same issue. EA_Aljo actually tried to help that person instead of saying that the deleted team can't be reinstated. Hopefully EA_Aljo's advice is helpful for OP as well.
And it goes nowhere. Been there before. One thing EA is very good at. The absolute lack of help.
